If the chain between the two sheaves ever came off it will need to be retimed. The belt is loosened and the top sheaves screwed together and the bottom screwed apart almost to the roll pins. Then the chain is put back on and the belt tensioned to the indicator on the spring. Recheck the tension after adjusting the cylinder speed the first time.
