Not sure on the 4410 but our 3310 has an in-line fuel filter under the cab. When ever I run into a low power situation the first thing I do is clean the air filter. Second is to replace the fuel filters, even if it wasn't that long ago that they were replaced. That usually tskes care of the problem.
