NE Indiana | I have a payment plan on my phone through sprint, in the beginning I liked the idea of getting a new phone every 2 years and overlooked something pretty important. If you do the payments on the phone you never actually own it its a lease and the buyout at the end of the lease is expensive im my case I pay 20 a month for the phone (iphone 6) for 2 years so that's already $480 now when my 2 years is up my buy out is $300, or just get a new phone and start over at 20 a month the only good thing about this is it makes the service plan cheaper I get unlimited everything for 50 a month. add the 20 for the phone so 70 a month and then you have to have insurance on the phone so that's another 10 a month so all in all 80 a month is pretty good for unlimited everything. where as if I paid for my phone up front the unlimited everything plan is 100 a month. | |
