I use a gandy orbit air. they are fairly versatile as for if you wanted to put on dry fert, or seed or whatever you want granular they are very accurate. to be honest it is the same exact metering system as our model 1990 john deere air drill.

if someone wants to do some high volume stuff a montag is the way to go. with that you have a much larger capacity also. I think my box will hold 80 cubic feet, which when talking MAP your only looking at about 5000 pounds. when talking urea, I really cant get much done in a day.

like I said the dry has a lot more expense that comes along with it but I feel it is worth it especially when I am putting on 100 actual pounds of P. it is paying me $30 per acre.
