Basically what you want is a custom operator to farm your ground and assume risk in the crop that they have no say in how to produce.




In order to even think of taking that deal for 15% of the crop it would have to be on ground with APH's of 200 corn and 60 beans.

With current local prices anything less than 200 bu corn or 60 bu beans would have the "tenant" going backwards.


Really in order to get me interested in that kind of deal I would need to get at least 20% and have some say in how things get done.    If I have no say in how it gets done I'd need a higher % unless were dealing with ground with a really high APH.
