SE ND | Not only will Farmers National try and squeeze every cent they can from you wether its from previous years, next year, this year, but they don't communicate, dont get land contracts to you on time, never follow through with anything until you remind them multiple times. Pretty much snake in the grass waiting to get every unknowing landowner to fall for their line of BS. Only way I can figure they keep in business is they blame alot of "delays" on the farmers. We were suppose to have a contract from them in September... November they contacted us for our address, etc. Still haven't seen a contract. | |
