| I just had to check this out...

we dont do associate of the month at my store, its called "superstar" we are notified ahead of time and we get $25 on our check (which is then tax deducted-wtf?!) and we get $5 to give to any other associate of our choice. then we are in a drawing with the other "superstars" of that year and i ended up winning 8 hours of free pay on any check i wanted...so that was pretty cool . oh and we get the parking spot as well...altho there was always someone PARKED in mine....i also got to pick out a prize, it was either a watch or a kohls polo, i chose the polo so i could wear it to work on days i didnt have any clean laundry...price change days....lazy days....

I am going to have to get one of these for my buddy, we both are independant mechanics and have no employee's, might be a Christmas gift for him LOL.
