E. Kansas | A pressure cooker is very useful in cooking, if you know how to use it correctly and safely. I've never used any of the new style pressure cookers that are electric, since the "old style" work just fine here. As a start, check out a cookbook for the exact pressure cooker you're using, so the quantities/times/pressures/etc will be correct. Pressure cookers have been used with great success for many decades.
