I eat snacks yr round before bed usually about 930-10 then go to bed 11-1130. Always a big cold glass of milk with either 3 cookies, a piece of cake or pie, or brownie, or handful of vanilla wafers, or rice krispies bar. It will be something sweet I do know that.
