It's been awhile. But there is a cam with big hitch pin clips that you need to turn. You have to pull out the clips to turn it. You can see it from the end of the head. I think there are some clips all the way across the head. Not a bad job if I remember right. An 820 head will shave the ground. A 1020 flex's better. You also need your face plate adj. properly.
