I don't think so, but dont know for sure. Know that "Cortana" is running but cannot switch it off nor have I ever used it. Looked at acer site and it appears that my model v5-571 does not support windows 10 so I looked at taking it off. Unfortunately, I installed in early aug and no longer have the option of going back to 8.1 Should I restore? but will it restore back to 8.1
