| You probably got a malfunctioning sensor, this could happen if the cover of the printer was hit or cracked, which I doubt because the 4500 is a sturdy built, or looks like it (I have that model too.) Check the insides too to see how it detects paper sizes, if there are any mouse droppings in it, etc. Maybe you broke something when adding sheets of paper to the paper tray or when removing jammed paper. Or the cat played too much with the printer... | |
