| A very good week here. Dropped 4.2 lbs. Not back down to where I was at prior to going on the cruise but headed in the right direction. Getting back on the elliptical as often as the his allows. Flew down to Phoenix to see my doctor about getting a new hip in December. The surgery is scheduled for December 21st. Of course he said to lose as much weight prior to the surgery as I could. Well, I'm trying. Deb, I hope the healing goes fast for you. Everyone be careful out there this harvest season. Hopefully will have on field of beans ready by the end of the week. Roger
