Colorado | Good reminder for everyone to be careful, Deb, and I'm glad you're recovering from your surgery.
I weighed 159.5 this morning, so down half a pound -- that's better than a gain! I'm trying to get back on track and watching what I eat. I've kept up with my walking, taken the stairs and parked as far away from my destination as possible. It all helps! I have to watch the little bites between meals, they add up.
