I don't think that was the difference he was asking about.
I know, but I think everybody knows how organic crops are grown, and I don't know how conventional oats for cereals are grown, so I couldn't answer directly anyway.
Maybe the difference between steel-cut and rolled would be more interesting. I think both are steamed, making oats faster to prepare for breakfast.
