Just throwing out suggestions, here, but you might try a large ice-chest and a heat lamp. Find a thermostat on amazon, plug everything up, rig up a holder for the heat lamp, add a pan of water for moisture, and you're all set. If you can do this without damaging the ice-chest, you can reuse that and only be out the cost of the thermostat and heat lamp when you're finished.

Note of caution: Do this somewhere that it won't burn down the house, since it's a jury-rigged deal, and the ice-chest is flammable.

I'd agree with Alberta Pioneer, though. Call up a few of the neighbors and buy a couple of setty hens. They're bound to be cheaper, and should give you an adequate hatching rate.
