SE Nebraska | I'm relieved. This sequestered payment won't effect me at all. 8% less than 0 is still 0. That's what our county is supposed to get. I farm on the county line and the county west of us is supposed to get around $70 per acre. There are plenty of counties across the country that will be big losers on this deal.
