NE, Oklahoma | Just read following post below on rents. I guess alot of us on both sides are trying to figure out how to survive. I will throw out if your a land owner and farmer you know that being a LL is not all that great either, just got land taxes, there hitting us all from all sides. Taxes up considerble , cash rent will go down, so we're both squezed. It's just tough!!!!!!!! And don't like to be pestimestic but don't see the change in sight.
I have taxes up, you have seed-fert.-etc. same if not even higher, and prices lower, just not a good deal for us! | |
