Depends entirely on what percentage of plants are affected. If it is kind of hit and miss like 10% or less it won't bother much and should keep and grade okay. If higher than that it can get tricky. Those kernels will be light. The sprouted tips won't hurt a thing. Those ears with the mold on them have diploidia.
