...I've had it turn to glue too...in 2.5 gallon jugs. It rinsed out fine though....you just had to use new product if you wanted to measure into smaller portions. If you could get it into a 30 gallon drum you should be able to get it stirred up with a length of copper pipe or brake line and your air compressor....
