W. Michigan | I have white mold in my 30 inch row of pioneer 26t76r soybeans, as well as my 92y83s. They are both looking to be excellent beans, but have canopied, and with the heavier soil, humidity and dampness, I now have white mold patches in some areas, more so in the 26ts. I do a bean, wheat rotation, and sometimes corn, but am not looking to do a lot of corn with 3.10 corn, and rotations are limited in control of sclerotia from white mold. Has anyone used Contans? It is a product applied post harvest or pre plant and is supposed to destroy scletrotia in the soil, thus minimizing white mold. It looks to be a good product based on the field trials online. | |
