Chems are Prowl, Dual, Harness, Outlook, atrazine, Lumax, Callisto, Impact, Laudis and accent.
They harvest and haul it, as well as tell when to plant and provide seed.
Depends on the contract but I've had acre contracts and tonnage. Acre contracts are better IMO. You grow 100 acres and they take it all (usually). Then pay you $x per ton.
Tonnage you bid 8 ton, you make 10 and the last two tons they pay almost nothing for. If bid 10 and make 8 they pay you a reduced amount on that since you didn't hit their target. It's pretty hard to win with a tonnage contract.
