Are you sure the code is for the tractor battery and not the backup battery inside the fmx? I had an alternate go out on a tractor this spring and never got any error or anything. The screen on the fmx would just go blank. You could still press the touch screen on the display would beep. Took me a little bit to figure out what had happen.
