Anderson County Kansas | It was very good for the beans, and I'm not sure how it hurt the corn except for delaying harvest. We had some beans hailed on a little, but not any damage to any corn I can see. The corn fields were dry enough 2 or 3 inches won't make it muddy very long. I have 2650 acres of corn to pick, and I was hoping for rain for the beans I can tell you that. We had big hail, but it wasn't real heavy. We are much better of with the storms than without them. I bet most around here would agree with me.
