Southwest MN | The wife has been hounding me with small buildings to buy on craigslist and move home most have been a real pile of crap. So Father in Law volunteered to help me build her a new one for her growing flock of laying hens. Today was the end of day 2 and have framing about 98% done. Fort Knox don't have crap on this thing. Father in law went over board and built it like he would have built a 2500 sq foot house. probably the same amount of lumber too. should be able to get siding on and paint on while we are waiting for the roof steel. I've always wanted a chicken house like this and finally got one. Hopefully it will be around as long as I am still alive.
