| If Western Oklahoma is anything like Western Kansas good luck finding any lime anywhere close to here. I've never priced it because our PH usually isn't very low at times we can have PH too high. In my life however, I have never seen an acre of Lime spread. I thought someone told me once it was over 150 miles to the nearest quary, cant say yes or no.
To the original post I would ask what depths where those soil samples taken? Nitrogen doesn't look bad for a topsoil sample but if it's my money I'd go pull 0-24" samples and test for N, S, and Chloride. If they still show low that would be the order in which I would spend my money. If you were setup for dry I would run some 0-0-60 mainly for the Chloride as I'm guessing your chloride levels are low. That's my .02, good luck. | |
