SW Minnesota | Why are so many land sales selling all parcels as one unit ? I have seen it in our area as well. They are taking bids on each parcel separate add them up for a total per acre and auction the whole unit and get a little more per acre and their are only two people that that can afford to bid and these people have thousands of acres already just don't give the local farmers a chance . These people don't spend money local, just don't like to see it happen, looks like a trend. | |
