Farm credit signed me up for hail this year unknown to me. They said I have to sign a form to decline the auto renewal with last years levels. I know it is in some fine print in the many pages I get but c'mon man! We had several little hail events hit but I didn't sign up so I didn't report it. Is anyone else having this problem?
I don't remember this problem in the past.
I have prior experience as an hail insurance agent. I have not ever heard of this type of thing.
With most just using the Federal Crop Ins. program, hail ins. is not being used like it used to be.
Go in and sign the form to decline. I would not pay that bill, just looks like a good way to ensure
protection, in case of a large hail event.
