Omar, no I'm getting weird dates in the same format, if I try to average a column ranging from 19 Sept to 6 Oct I get 10 Jan, also some of the columns have blanks
Paul, sorry it didn't seem to help
I tried using averageif with a "not null" criteria but that didn't work
