You really need a stirrator to mix the corn or you will have really dry corn on the bottom (like 10%) and 17 at the top. If you really want even corn, you need a corn equilibrium moisture chart and a humidistat control on your fan/heater to keep the air you are blowing through the corn at 15.5% equilibrium mositure by adding more or less heat.
