Both sites have have what inessence are dams to divert flow into inlet, in a heavy rain event the ditch flow just goes over the dam and down the ditch so it is just an over flow
Nitrogen is released into air as a gas out of top of reactor. Over time the carbon in wood is used up and so the wood chips will have to be replaced in future to maintain effectiveness but that is supposed to be in 20 Yrs or so. | |
