Eastern Nebraska | You need to create a customer filter.
Hit the filter button with the Boundary Layer brought up. You can then change it to the color that you want. Hit save to create a customer filter. Name the filter and then make sure you put a check mark in each of the boxes at the bottom. Then whenever a boundary layer is brought up, it should use this customer filter with the color that you want.
