Same here in SW WI.. Funny thing is how we feel towards the weathermen when they predict rain and it doesn't happen... It's almost like if they don't even forecast it one would like to strangle them LOL...... Of course it's not their fault but human nature kicks in and it's just so danged easy to blame someone.... :(
