NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | Just checked my gauge and have had 4.2" of rain overnight with more forecasted the next few days. Looks like this is going to be one of those few years where we never were short on rain the whole summer. My lawn never did get brown this year like it normally does in late summer. Locally crops around here have never looked better in my 39 years of farming, should be a bumper crop. Unfortuanltly the grain prices are showing it. | |
