Paxton, IL | for the plantar faciitis, my best advice is to get rid of whatever insoles come in the shoes and put in a pair of Superfeet insoles (the green version). They're fairly expensive, but do the job very well. The green ones aren't very cushioned at all and take a little bit to get used to. But I hardly ever have problems with my feet hurting at the end of the day anymore. they hold shape better than anything I've ever seen too(short of custom made insoles).
