I've owned a half dozen 44's, and maybe 4 or 5 4640's. Poster does not say what he is doing with the tractor. My $.02 would be if you don't need the small PTO and the 46 is just as nice or nicer buy it. Just a heavier rear end, wider hood with bigger fuel tank and radiator. I don't buy a $25K tractor with the intent to run augers but it may be fine for a hay tractor.
