Second week of August would be closer to normal.

The University of Illinois posted some info that they are beginning to see some.

On July 28 UIUC posted that "last week SDS began to appear on April 15-planted soybeans".

"Symptoms began to appear 3 weeks earlier than in 2014".

This is at the Northwestern Research Center in Warren County Illinois.
