It will be fine. Grain sorghum usually pollinates thr head 1/3 of the head at a time. You will see the top of the head have red pollen, the middle 1/3, have yellow pollen, and the bottom of the head with nothing. It should continue to push the head out. Its a tough crop and will be fine.
