south texas | At a guess nueces co is 25% done on milo but clearing fast. We start today and should be done with first planted crop by end of weekendif no machinery issues. Corn is 100% done. Including all holes and failed spots we avged 4500lb on corn. Fantastic crop for us. Just a week late to catch that $7 price.
Many of us have milo that will need 2-4 weeks before ru can be sprayed. I have 300a that still needs to head out. Got a 2" rain on 250a of it yesterday so im happy about that. It did rain 2" on all the spots i need to cut first so good and bad. Very little cotton here. Lots of pp acres. | |
