If you already have the solar panel, charge controller, and batteries, you might look into a 12vDC-24vDC converter from Tycon Power. It is a direct replacement for the factory power injector. A friend runs several hundred of these on solar installs for oil well monitoring with Ubiquiti nanobridge radios. Seems to get along fine with them. The part number is TP-DCDC-1224. Ubiquiti spec sheet says nanostations run 8W at 24vDC.
