LakeLillian, MN | A couple of things:
Weight could be an issue,but
1. Could your hitch be to low causing it to teeter totter on the wheels.
2. Can you transport wheels be adjusted so it can be lowered more.
I had this happen on a planter and we added a ton of weight, but fixed nothing. We changed the transport wheels so it would lower further. Also made it so the hitch was perfectly level when the planter was in the ground.
