I had an on and off itch on the bottom of my right foot between the heel and arch for over 2 years. Sometimes I would dig at it with a fork or other sharp object to get so called relief. Finally one night on a whim I coated it good with vicks vapor rub and put a sock on and went to bed. Has not bothered me in over 8 Months! Just saying it may be worth a try.
What is this spot on my back that itches???
