Subject: What would you do? Spraying roundup on late season beans

Ansonia-Darke County
Have beans planted first week of May not posted yet due to wet weather. Ground is fit enough now and have some velvet leaf, rag, thistle and volunteer corn. Not a lot but what is there is 2'-3' high. Some beans 2' tall and lush all the way down to 6" and sick lookingand 5% drowned out bare dirt/mud. Plan is 44 oz. p.-max, 9 oz. intensity one, 2 qt. task force foliar and radiate and surfactant. Chem. rep says we are off label on roundup on r3 beans that are podding. Group 3.0 beans that will probably see combine in 8 weeks and going to srw wheat this fall. To spray or not to spray, thanks in advance!!
