I bet 90% of those fields do not even have the fertility to produce those yields.

Not nearly as bold as the yield estimate.

Who puts 2x the co avg of N on???

The crop would remove nearly 150#p and 400#k. I have seen many soil tests that didn't have that much.
Avg corn yields over 250, do not happen just because the weather was nice.
