That first picture on the left looks like the dreaded Black Boot---Hot in the Summer---Cold in the Winter...They are hard to kill. I have had 1400 lb. Holstein step on them and a 500 lb sow run her snout into the end my toes were in---did not hurt the dreaded Black Boot a bit. My toes were another story though. GOOD LUCK.................
