I've never ran into that kind of issue "here" but I am suprised they take that out on you.
With all the other goodies (mice, snakes, bunnys, dead deer parts, and chunks of the harvester falling off) I would think they would take that out of the grower pool or their insurance and you would be made whole.
Anyone in need of green beans?
