Walnut Grove MN USA
Put your valor on right before or right after the planter. Then come back with flexstar at full rate, a healthy shot of roundup and don't be shy with the adjuvants at 20 GPA and a twin jet nozzle, no AI tips. Get this done 10 months before corn planting next year. Then if you have any escapes hit with 48 ounces of roundup. This is what I am doing for water hemp and it is working good. But I don't have Palmer here and sure hope I never get it. I would also strongly suggest moving to narrower 15 or 10 inch rows. Water hemp escapes around here seem worse in the 30 inch rows especially if the weather prevents the beans from making a canopy.
