Lucan ON | We here in Ontario are seeing a terrible infection starting to set in here at tassel, I would spray at tassel and last year i guess guys still got NCLB after application but where they did spray it was 10-15 bushel better than not spraying once. Im spraying all my acres as we can get a lot of snow early and i want strong healthy plants into September. Have been applying fungicide to tasseled corn for 5 years always have seen a return even in the drought year we saw the biggest response. We don't leave check strips anymore it has become apart of our program, but thats my farm and every area is different. | |
