Ok, I can agree, but.....if the govt. has a comprehensive energy policy, do we want to be left out because we are too proud and independent for govt help?? There will be some type of US energy policy, I will guarantee that. I would say that no one should get a govt mandate, but if we get left out , we will be left on the hind t--, for sure.
