Regina/ 14 miles South of Moose Jaw Saskatchewan | I'm pretty sure the HL 2280 is the printer our daughter had when she was east for school - no problems to speak of - we've run a Brother all in one (MFC-7820) for many years (3 drums, 12 toners) - its been trouble free, and not all that expensive to run - It being an older machine didn't have wireless (or if it does I disabled it) - and we have it connected to our wireless router via a network cable - FWIW I prefer that connection so we don't have too many wireless SSID's competing with one another....
I wouldn't be afraid of any of the Brother products - have seen them work well in several other work places over the years...
